Course Description
This 35-hour in-person certification course offers a deep dive into reflexology, covering anatomy, physiology, history, theory, techniques, and hands-on practice.
Upon completion, you’ll gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to practice reflexology professionally and ethically while tailoring treatments to individual client needs.
Graduates qualify to apply for student and professional membership with the Reflexology Association of Canada, advancing their career in holistic wellness.

Course Detail
- Duration: 35 hours of in-person learning
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age

- 50 case studies for completion includung health, treatment & assessment records.
- Mandatory review after 25 case studies.
- Written and practical exams with an 80% pass rate required for certfication.
Is Reflexology Covered?
Reflexology is covered by several insurance companies across Canada. However, coverage can vary depending on individual insurance plans or employer-provided benefits. Clients are encouraged to check their specific policy or contact their employer to determine if reflexology is included in their plan.
If reflexology is not currently covered, clients can request to have it added to their coverage or ask their employer to include it in their group health insurance plan. You can also check directly with your insurance provider to confirm whether reflexology is eligible for reimbursement.
Thriving Touch will provide an official receipt, which you can use to submit a claim to your insurance provider.
